Jack Johnson's latest cd, go buy itMoney is tight for me right now. I would love to save for a macbook, but everytime I get ten bucks I immediatly go to the ITMS and buy something. The music is my friend. Anyway I made a few bucks fixing my friends iPod so I had some money to blow, as usual I characteristicly went straight to the ITMS when I got home. Here is where it gets fun. I have access to thousands of albums, and I have to pick one that will satisfy me until my next ten bucks.

So I went down the list I have of albums* I want to get: Death Cab for Cutie-Transatlantisism, Fallout boys-From under the cork tree, We are Scientists-With love and Squalor, Keane-From Under the Iron Sea, YellowCard-Lights and Sounds, etc… I am beginning to realize that I don’t really want any of those at the moment, so I snoop around the ITMS. The killers have a new album our, “Sam’s Town” It has alot of mixed reactions, I decide not to buy it, but I do add it to the list.

Thats about when I notice the Just for You section. Half the albums suggested I already own, the other half are crap. I look at the full page, and find a Jack Johnson album that I haven’t heard of yet, On and On. Its got nothing but 5 star reviews. I listen, This stuff is Golden. So I download it. Sure enough this album is very possibly his best album to date. If you have never heard Jack Johnson, I strongly suggest you pick this up. I can’t think of anyone who would not like this album.**

*I always buy albums, not the individual songs, thats wussie in my opinion.

**Except maybe people that live for Death Metal, but they are kinda weird so they don’t count.
