One of the reasons I wiped my hard drive and started everything over a few months ago was the way my desktop icons were rendering.* I never did figure out why until about 2 minutes ago. Apparently for some stupid reason icon shadows don’t render right on a wallpaper that is in png format. When I first saw it was messed up again, I thought I was going to have to live with the stupid glitch again.
